First off, I made an account with TripAdvisor with the sole purpose of writing this review. I have stayed in quite a few places in Boracay, from Station 1 to Station 3 and this is the best place to go. This hotel is not only, in my opinion, at one of the better locations (in station 2, a stone’s throw from the d’mall) it has one of the best staff I have honestly ever encountered. It’s not only the way the hotel rooms are amazing with your own balcony over looking the pool and the colorful pool with the underwater LED lights. It’s the little things. Remembering your name and room number for breakfast, the small chocolate cupcakes at turndown, making sure that there were enough loungers for every guest in the hotel. The mosquito repelling spray that is part of the complimentary concessions. The managers that always make sure you are enjoying your stay and the staff that is always more than happy to assist you.
I have to admit, I became difficult and had set expectations with the hotel. The staff at The District, Boracay exceeded those expectations and even went beyond them.
Room Tip: The higher you are at the main building, the lower the chance people will see you from the pool.
