Before Boracay was known as one of the best beaches in Asia, it was first known to the rest of the world for its rare puka shells found in the northern tip of the island. This part of Boracay is known as the Puka Beach (Yapak Beach), an 800-meter stretch of white sand adorned by puka shells in varied size, shape and color.
While the sand is not comparably fine as that of the more popular main white beach, the water is equally divine and clear. It is easily accessible by a short tricycle ride from D’Mall. Most island hopping tours usually include a stop on this beach as well.
Amazing hidden jewel of Boracay i used to live here with my partner for 2 years and everyday is like heaven in paradise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSEY2PmSeeY
