Boracay’s “powdery white sand and shallow azure water” made it the Conde Nast Traveler’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Award for the third time, as one of the thirty best islands in the world outside of the U.S.
It is the top 2 in Asia, while Siargao and Palawan made it to the first and third spot.
The list was decided by the readers through a survey conducted by the magazine, a luxury travel publication known worldwide.
Boracay was closed to tourists last April 26 and is set to reopen this coming October 26, 2018.
