In the hospitality industry, guest feedback is very important. It is an integral part of operation. As the saying goes – it can either make or break you.

No doubt, positive comments can lift up staff’s morale. It will make them feel good not only about their job and their self – but most importantly with the fact that one’s holiday just become extra memorable because of them. Negative comments on the other hand can be very frustrating but the silver lining on this is that it will definitely open up doors for improvements. Good or bad, it is really how you handle guest feedback that will matter at the end of the day.

The best thing about The District are the people behind the Front Desk and the guys at the beach who ensures you get the most (or least sun – whatever your preference is)! These are the men and women who ensure that you’ll have a comfortable room to come home to at the end of the day, and the men who makes sure every bit of equipment is working for you. These are the men who carefully prepare your coffee, and those who ensures that it is delivered to you while it’s hot! The best thing about The District is its staff – and we thank you Mar G for the appreciation of all that we do!
