2. Mount Luho – Considered as the highest point in the island, Mt. Luho provides tourists with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the island. It may be reached by foot, or by using an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) or buggy car.
3. Willy’s Rock – Located in the shallow part of Station 1’s white beach, Willy’s Roc is probably the most iconic and most photographed landmark in Boracay. How it got there remains a mystery to all, but the locals creativity and ingenuity transformed this volcanic formation into a grotto that is a reflection of the Filipinos’ deep devotion to Mother Mary.
4. Bulabog Beach – Once the Habagat season starts to set it, Bulabog beach becomes a haven for Kiteboarding and windsurfing enthusiasts. The beach is located on the eastern side of the island and is an alternative for the more popular White Beach. Due to its windy weather, the 2.5-km long coast is ideal for different water sports and is considered as Asia’s Best Kite Boarding beach.
5. Diniwid Beach – Diniwid Beach is easily accessible from the White Beach, either through a leisurely stroll around a mountain or by riding a tricycle. While it is more laid-back in this part of the island, the sunset is as beautiful as it is seen from the White Beach.
6. Motag Living Museum – The museum will take you back into rural Philippines during the 1930s, and if you are up for the challenge, you can try for yourself experience the traditional farming methods, games, and crafts of the early Filipinos. It’s fun, interactive, and definitely not your usual island activity.
7. Crocodile Island – The island, which is fifteen minutes far from the main beach, is a famous snorkeling site in the island. A variety of marine life thrives here, and even seasoned divers say that this island is worth a visit.
8. Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church – Located between Station 1 and Station 2 and easily accessible from D’Mall, the church is unique on its way with the eye-catching facade, an artistic statement common in Boracay. A visit to the church is perfect for photo op and an English mass is available for foreign tourists.
9. Mangoes – Mangoes in the Philippines are known for their exotic taste and were even regarded as the sweetest in the world in the Guinness Book of World Records. No wonder, variety of mango-based drinks are very common in the island.
10. Sunset– Many said that Boracay’s sunset is one of the best in the world, making it truly a must-see. Visitors in the island usually indulge in the sunset’s amazing shades of blue, purple and orange by sailing using a Paraw, a local sail boat with two outriggers and sails.
